Our Project and Program Managers are trained in industry preferred frameworks including PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programs as well as many holding certifications from peak industry bodies confirming their expertise.
Our Program Delivery Service Line can staff requirements ranging from individual and highly skilled project managers who can manage all aspects of project delivery; through to Program Managers supported by Program Management Offices staffed with consultants who have deep and specific expertise in areas such as PMO Management, Risk & Issues Management, Scheduling, Benefits Management, Organisational Change Management and Communications and Stakeholder Management.
Our Program Delivery Service Line is also home for our contracting and procurement consultants. Our contracting and procurement team have expertise across all aspects of procurement including development of high-quality Request for Tender content, the execution of Approach to Market activities including provision of expert advice to negotiation teams, establishment of contracts and ongoing vendor and contract management activities. Our contracting and procurement team are well versed in the application of public sector procurement rules and all have expertise working within Defence or other Government agency procurement processes.
